It's flawless as soon as you're informed but very few websites give the info. The thing is that all minibus companies have the sticker (because the stakes are too high to risk a big penalty and the closing-down of one's business) but those companies don't see the point of informing you about it while I think it's important for you to know if you use an independant driver-guide... like me!

Again, these stickers only indicate that the car is properly insured and authorized to transport people, it doesn't indicate at all if the driver has an official license to guide...
