Who visits Paris and is not interested in visiting the world famous Notre-Dame cathedral?
No one that I can think of. And that urge has increased since the restoration after the 2019 fire.
But no matter how beautiful, unique and indispensable this cathedral is, what we visit today is a very heavily restored monument which brings back to life a monument as it had been re-invented in the middle of the 19th century by the famous architect Viollet-Le-Duc as part of the Neo-Gothic craze which followed the publication of Victor Hugo's bestseller: Notre-Dame de Paris (1831).
