Paris(but not only)  Personal Tours

I am going to disappoint some of you but, as far as the second World War is concerned, I only have to say three words: not my thing! My interest in the 20th century stops just before World War II. For me, WWII is "simple": we were the good guys, they were the bad guys, we fought, we won. And the same applies to WWI.

I'm sorry but my braincells simply have other priorities than to know "who did this" first, where they were coming from, and "then they did that". But I completely understand your interest! And there's no reason you should skip that because it's an important facet of Normandy and it's still part of its identity today. But for this kind of tour, you need a specialist, someone from the region, someone who knows and takes pride in sharing all his precious anecdotes. And, boy do I have the right persons for that!

So here is what I sugest: we do the regular "natural charms & wonders & Claude Monet" tour and, at the end (or in the middle), I give the floor to one of my Normandy colleagues for a day, how about that?

At the end of the next day, he/she can leave you at a train station for you to return on your own to Paris (and, if necessary, I could bring back some of your luggage with me to Paris). Or I could take the day off and continue with you the next day to bring you back or to continue to Mont-Saint-Michel or wherever the "wind" brings us? As always: your call and your choice!
